The beautiful Villa Laetitia was rebuilt in 2003 in the center of Binz. The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

Your modern apartment 21RB4 is on the 1st Upstairs. The 2-room apartment has a size of approx. 55 square meters and can be occupied by 2-4 people. A covered balcony to the south is in front of the apartment. In addition to the beautifully furnished living room with integrated kitchen, there is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe. In the living room you will find u. a. a pull-out sofa bed, a modern flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave and various small appliances. All our guests have free WiFi access in this apartment. An in-house washing machine (in the laundry room) is available free of charge. This apartment is not suitable for pets. A garage parking space (duplex parker - 1.50 m high) belongs to the apartment.
