The beautiful Villa Laetitia was rebuilt in 2003 in the center of Binz. The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

Your modern non-smoking apartment 21RB14 is on the 2nd Upstairs. The 2-room apartment has a size of approx. 53 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. A beautiful south-facing balcony is in front of the apartment. In addition to the beautifully furnished living room with integrated kitchen, there is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a flat screen TV. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. You will also find a flat screen TV, Bluray player and CD radio.
