The Meinert house was built in 2011 right next to the fire brigade and thus in the center of Binz. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the white, sandy Baltic Sea beach after only about 5 minutes on foot and the relaxation areas for relaxing and walking around the Schmachter See are only 3 minutes away on foot. Many shops, restaurants and cafes as well as the main shopping street are just a few meters away.

Your 3-room apartment "Tom" 224RB1 has a size of approx. 67 sqm and is furnished for up to 5 people. It is located on the 1st First floor and has a balcony from which you can even catch a small lake view. You can reach the non-smoking apartment via an outside staircase.[nbsp] When entering the apartment, the front hallway offers you a lot of space.
