The Volksbank house was rebuilt at the turn of the millennium. The result is some very nice holiday apartments in a central location in Binz.

Your non-smoking apartment 15RB8 is on the 2nd Upper floor of the house. The 2 room apartment has a size of approx. 56 qm and has a balcony. In addition to the living room there is a separate bedroom, a separate kitchen, hallway, a bathroom with a vanity, shower, toilet and a storage room. In the bedroom there is a double bed, an extra bed, a second TV, a large wardrobe and the windows have fly screens. A children's travel cot is also included. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The technical equipment includes TV, DVD player and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and various small appliances. All our guests have free WiFi access in this apartment. A private parking lot is available for you in the parking garage Wylichstrasse (approx. 300m away). The bicycle storage room is located directly in the basement of the house. You will also find a coin operated washing machine and coin dryer in the basement of the house.
