The classic villa in spa architecture style is centrally located in the historic center of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz at Heinrich-Heine-Strasse 1, just a minute's walk from the fine sandy beach, the spa gardens or the shopping mile. The tastefully furnished apartments reflect the elegant ambience of the house. A free internet connection is available in all apartments. An in-house washing machine and condenser dryer (for a fee) are included. In addition, Villa Annabelle offers free parking for each apartment directly at the house.

Your 2-room non-smoking apartment 35RB3 has a size of approx. 44 qm and is furnished for up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor and has a balcony. The apartment is divided into a living room, separate dining area, complete kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. The cozy living room awaits you with a beautiful seating area with a sleeping function and 2 additional armchairs and a dining area. The technical equipment includes a flat-screen TV, a stereo, a CD player and a DVD player. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, extensive kitchen inventory as well as dishes, glasses and cutlery. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a flat screen TV, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. From here you can access the south-facing balcony. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a washbasin with a spacious mirror, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toilet.
