The dune park was built around 1996 on the outskirts of Binz. The houses with the holiday apartments are sheltered from the wind behind typical Baltic pine trees approx. 100 meters from the fine sandy bathing beach of the Baltic Sea. A baker at the entrance to the facility provides fresh bread. Furthermore, bicycle boxes, a barbecue area and a playground are available for the children.

Your 3-room apartment 16RB167 is on the 1st Upper floor, is approximately 75 square meters and offers enough space for a maximum of 6 people. The spacious apartment is divided into a living room with an integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe, the second has a walk-in closet. The hallway leads to the bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, as well as to the cozy living room with a sofa bed for the 5th and 6th. Person, 2 armchairs, TV and music system. From there you can enter the large southeast balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs, invites you to linger and offers a view of the dune park.
