The dune park was built around 1996 on the outskirts of Binz. The houses with the holiday apartments are sheltered from the wind behind typical Baltic pine trees approx. 100 meters from the fine sandy bathing beach of the Baltic Sea. A baker at the entrance to the facility provides fresh bread. Furthermore, bicycle boxes, a barbecue area and a playground are available for the children.

Your cozy 2-room apartment 16RB296 has a size of approx. 52 qm and is for max. 4 people furnished. It is located on the 2nd Upper floor (end floor) and has a balcony. The living room is divided into a kitchenette with dining area and living area with radio / TV. The couch can be pulled out quickly for 2 people to sleep. From the living room you reach the balcony, which also offers enough space for 4 people to sit or sunbathe. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and hair dryer. A private parking space is available at the house. Internet access for a small fee is available to our guests.
