Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
150,00 EUR Rental deposit is to be paid in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
On New Year's Eve a security deposit of 200, - € is due.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.

In winter, enjoy the view from our bright gallery in the snowy dunes and the sea, take long walks on the beach and spend the evenings with a good glass of red wine in front of the fireplace. In our large wellness bathroom you can relax in the whirlpool or the sauna. The Baltic Sea, just outside the door, invites you to sunbathe and do all sorts of activities in summer and autumn. The beach is miles long. The shallow, clean water, which only gradually gets deeper, gives pleasure to the whole family. Did you know? Rügen is one of the areas with the highest number of sunshine hours per year in Germany. Added to this is a very healthy maritime climate. Some have become addicted to fresh sea air!

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.
