The one family house has a panoramic location in the Riparbella community, only 11 km from the beaches of the Etruscan coast. The large property is partially covered by olive trees. The garden that surrounds the house is well kept and you can enjoy the wonderful view upon the sea. You will be enthusiastic about the 75 m² large house for 4 people. It was renovated 2 years ago. We tried to preserve as many elements of the typical Tuscan structure as possible, such as: the terra cotta floors, the beam ceiling and the stone facade. From the 20 m² large terrace you can get directly into the eat-in kitchen, which is directly connected with the living room. The walled kitchenette has a dish washer. The comfortable lounge in the living area invites you to enjoy yourself by the fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds. There is a large bathroom with shower and WC/bidet, and a guests’ bathroom.
