Haus Lola

Holiday home with a hut atmosphere as a starting point for walks, hikes, cycling, skiing and cross-country skiing around the Arber.

Spend relaxed days in a nice, independent atmosphere or enjoy quiet, creative days.
The little house is cozy and individually furnished.
Location:

- short walks to the center and to shopping for groceries
- the hiking trails lead from the house to the waterfalls and the Arber

From both south-facing balconies (ground floor + first floor) you have a wonderful view over the meadowland to the hills of the Bavarian Forest.
The rooms are on 2 floors, each with its own entrance.
The two floors are connected by a covered external staircase.
The dining room has a wood stove in addition to the electric heaters.
The large forest property on a slope creates space and space for undisturbed living.
Relaxation & sport:

- Attend courses at the Bodenmais Vital Center free of charge thanks to the guest card.
- Experience guided hikes.
- Hiking, mountain biking, swimming, Nordic walking, jogging, walking and much more..
- In winter also: cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, snowboarding
Shopping:
========
- Aldi, ReWe, bakers, butchers can be reached on foot in 4-8 minutes.
- Factory outlets from glassworks in the immediate vicinity (Joska, Weinfurtner, etc.)
- The town center is a 10-minute walk away.
You can also do without a car during your vacation. Everything is in the immediate vicinity. With the guest card you can also use a variety of public transport (Bayerwald ticket, GUTi ticket) free of charge.

- Individual living in your own house without roommates or direct neighbors.
Facilities:

- Bed linen and towels are provided
- For initial needs, there are: tea towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid.
You would then have to add these things on site if necessary.

Although there is no WiFi, there is very good data reception in all networks.

- GUTi ticket: use of local public transport (train & bus)
- Vitality center: yoga, dance, gymnastics and more (usually free of charge)

- hiking and cycling maps (available at the tourist office)

Tourist tax/guest card:

The tourist tax of EUR 3.60 per person (from 16 years)/night, children from 6 years EUR 1.80 per person/night is charged additionally.
The tourist tax is paid to the municipality of Bodenmais and must therefore be transferred separately to the landlord before arrival.
