This beautiful villa in the typical Mediterranean style consists of 2 Apartments, which can only be rented together. The guests are offered a wonderful panorama of the sea and ridges, simultaneously with all-day sunshine. The upper apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, a tower room with bath, large kitchen range in the open living-dining area. The lower apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom, large living-dining area with an integrated kitchen. The swimming pool is ca. 8x4m large with a large deck-area, barbecue grill and outside shower.

Infos: We don't answer enquiries for the indicated and already booked periods (click 'calendar'). Discount with a complete house rental outside the holiday season or long-term rental in winter. Additional charges: Electricity, gas, and water are included, heating costs in the winter as per consumption, final cleaning, bed linen and towels on request. Deposit: Additional charges are deducted from the deposit. Account is balanced.
