The fitted kitchen has basic equipment. On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and enjoy a glass of near-wine. This apartment faces north / west, with a view of the quiet courtyard.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A TV is also available in this apartment. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for communal use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 5 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily accessible by elevator.

There is a one-off final cleaning fee of € 50 per stay.
