House by the sea, apt. 138Location: The apartment is on the 6th Floor on the corner of a well-kept apartment building in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 38 m² for 2 people. Equipment: There is a sofa in the living room and the dining area in front of the window. The comfortable 1.80 m wide bed has two electrically adjustable slatted frames. The balcony in front of the living room faces east. You have a wide view of the island. The small kitchen is separate. and has its own small balcony facing north. From here, a small view of the sea is possible between the two other skyscrapers in the spa center. The bathroom has a double vanity and a shower. Upon request, a pet can be brought along for an additional charge. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
