The exclusive facility opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. Haus Meeresblick has an elevator, underground parking and a large wellness area with swimming pool (approx. 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in the house sea view in every season.

The comfortable 2-room apartment is on the second floor and has a living space of approx. 35 m². The rooms consist of a living / dining area with an open kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a storage room in the entrance area. The living / dining area has TV and radio; the integrated kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, 2-burner stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle. The furnished balcony offers a beautiful and slightly side view towards the sea. A chargeable parking space is located in the underground garage of the house.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
