It is divided into the two houses dune and sandpiper. Due to the location by the sea you have a great sea view from many of the exclusive apartments. There are a total of around 40 high-quality modern residential units, all with a balcony or terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and underfloor heating. A communal sauna with relaxation room is available in the basement. There is also a washer and dryer for a fee.
