Semi-detached house is in a quiet outskirts, here you have an unobstructed view of the countryside. It is located right in the center of Park and even offers a 50% discount on admission to the swimming pool.

You can expect a cozy house with 65 square meters of living space and a south-facing terrace that invites you to relax and grill. The house is fully equipped for 4 people. On the ground floor are the living room with kitchenette (equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.) and the bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms (1 x with double bed 1.8mx 2.0m, 1 x with 2 single beds). The wardrobes in both bedrooms offer ample storage space. The house was renovated in January 2017, including a new bathroom, new kitchenette and completely new furniture. There is a tiled floor in wood look on the ground floor, and a laminate floor has been laid on the first floor. A flat screen TV with cable connection and DVD player and a music system are of course also available in the living room. A second television with DVB-T receiver is in one of the bedrooms. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Outside there is a south-facing terrace. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.
