You can expect a comfortably furnished house with about 65 square meters of living space and its own garden. The house is fully equipped for 4 people and a toddler. On the ground floor are the living room with kitchenette (equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.) and the bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms (1 x with double bed 2m x 2m, 1 x with 2 single beds). In both bedrooms, fitted wardrobes offer ample storage space. The house was renovated in May 2012, including a new bathroom, new kitchenette and completely new furniture. There is a tiled floor on the ground floor and a laminate floor has been laid on the first floor. A flat screen TV with cable connection and a music system are of course also available in the living room. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Outside there is a south-facing terrace and its own garden. The garden borders on a field. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.
The daily prices include the costs for electricity, gas and water, final cleaning. Bed linen and towels can be rented. A cot can be borrowed.
