Apartment

The holiday apartment "breathing space" has a fully equipped, separate kitchen with all electrical appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), living / dining area, bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom.

A terrace with garden furniture and a parking space belong to the apartment.

The overall equipment corresponds to sophisticated living requirements (underfloor heating, electric shutters, lockable bike shed, etc.).

Above this apartment is the apartment "leisure time". If necessary, two spatially close apartments can be booked.

Access to the apartment is via a separate entrance. Crockery and cutlery is available in sufficient quantities even with maximum occupancy. The apartment is in a massive apartment building (year of construction 2016). Smoke detectors are available for your safety.

The distance from this apartment to the town center (port) is approx. 650m (footpath).
