The separate bedroom offers every living comfort with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the opportunity to prepare all kinds of dishes. On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and enjoy a glass of wine from the Nahe region. With this apartment you have a view of Badeallee and can already catch a glimpse of the Kurpark. The east-facing balcony promises the first warm sun rays in the morning; perfect for an outdoor breakfast.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and sink. There is also a television in this apartment. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for communal use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 5 € / day. All floors up to the underground car park are easily accessible by elevator.

There is a one-off final cleaning fee of € 50 per stay.
