Thatched holiday home in a quiet location in the old center of Ückeritz on the fenced property of the landlord. Hiking and cycling opportunities are ideal, bike rental near the property. It is about a 5-minute walk to the backwaters with a surf school and great surfing area. The Baltic Sea with a white sandy beach and impressive cliffs is about a 20-minute walk through the coastal forest. There is also a large parking lot at the beach entrance. Restaurants, Aldi and Edekamarkt with a bakery are within a 10-minute walk. Good connection to the Usedom spa railway, the train station is about 7 minutes away on foot.

The thatched holiday home has a size of approx. 56 m² and is modernly equipped. On the ground floor there is the bright and pleasantly furnished living area with a cozy couch corner, coffee table, sideboard and satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc.) and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom for 3 people with a double bed and a single bed, a large wardrobe and other small storage options. The guest toilet is also upstairs. The holiday home has a furnished terrace with a barbecue in the garden and a carport as a parking space. Bed linen and additional costs are included in the price, towels are to be brought along. Final cleaning once € 50.00. Non smoking house! No pets allowed, allergy friendly.
