House by the sea, apt. 139 aLocation: The apartment with west-facing balcony and sea view is located on the 7th Floor of a well-kept apartment house in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 25 m² for 2 people. Equipment: There are two armchairs and the dining area in the living room covered with designer planks. A double wall bed is placed in the white wall unit. From the balcony you can see the beach and the sea. The kitchen is located as a line in the hallway of the apartment and has u. a. a microwave.  The bathroom has a shower. Pets are not allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
