Equipment: This apartment, flooded with light due to its corner location, was completely renovated and refurbished at the end of 2014 and equipped with high quality furniture. In the living room there is a spacious sofa set that includes the sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people and other bright furniture. Flat-screen TV, DVD / Blue-Ray player, telephone flat rate to German landlines and WiFi are available. Loggia and dining area offer a view of dunes, behind which is the Brandenburg Beach. The small separate kitchen adjoins the living room with new electrical appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hob. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe with lots of storage space. There is also a closet in the hallway. The new bathroom with window has a shower and a double vanity with a base cabinet. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. A parking space in the yard belongs to the apartment. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
