Welcome to the Seezeichen holiday home in Wasserburg on Lake Constance. Under the roof of our energy efficiency house, which was completed in 2016, you will find 7 spacious, modern apartments with living areas between 40 and 80 square meters. These all have a balcony or terrace with lake or mountain views, bathrooms with daylight, fitted kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens and ceramic hobs. Washer and dryer are available for free use. We also offer clear, free parking spaces and a lockable bike box with charging options for e-bikes. With our own power generation and solar thermal water heating with heating support, we can operate our house in an environmentally conscious and resource-saving manner. You will find us on the outskirts of Wasserburg, just a few steps from the publicly accessible shore of Lake Constance and the outdoor pool, surrounded by fruit trees. In the 3 room non-smoking apartment "Mittagspitze" you can enjoy the Alpine panorama with a view of the Mittagspitze in good weather. The backdrop of the nearby lake shore and the fruit trees bring a spontaneous holiday feeling. The open living-dining area offers enough space for relaxation with a totally comfortable relaxation armchair and a corner sofa. At the dining table, a large sliding door to the 5 sqm balcony can be opened. With 75 square meters of living space, this apartment offers 4 permanent beds. With a 6 person occupancy, the sofa in the living area can be turned into a sleeping place with a separate mattress 160 × 200 cm for 2 people. There is also a bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm bed, desk and lots of storage space in the cupboards and a second Bedroom with 2 beds and a wardrobe. The fitted kitchen in the open living area has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a large bathtub. 2 TV sets, Bose sound compact system, oiled wooden parquet floors and carpenter furniture give the apartment its individual touch.
