Our house is located in the heart of the Salzkammergut. It lies on an unobstructable hill with a first-class view of the surrounding mountains, forests and meadows.
Our large sun terrace is ideal for breakfast or barbecues outdoors. There you can enjoy a lot of peace, sun all day and an unforgettable mountain view.
The holiday home has a usable living area of around 175 m2 and offers plenty of space. It has a large living-dining area on the ground floor with a tiled stove and adjoining kitchen, as well as a very spacious living room with a wood stove and TV station on the basement (garden level).
In addition, we offer you a sauna room with shower and washing machine, four bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a shower room, a bathroom with tub, two toilets, hallways and an anteroom.
There is a pull-out couch in the basement living room should 10 guests want to arrive.

We have also created a parking space for your car in the carport and other free parking spaces. In total we can offer you 4 parking spaces.

The approximately 1300 m2 private garden is available for your sole use with its impressive old trees.
