House by the sea, apt. 069Location: The apartment with west balcony and sea view is on the 3rd Floor of a well-kept apartment house in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 34 m² for 2 people. Equipment: In the living room there is a corner couch and the dining area. In a beech wall unit are two side-by-side foldable wall units. From the balcony you have a clear view of the sea. The kitchen is in the hallway of the apartment. The bathroom has a shower. Pets are not allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
