Spacious apartment of 100m², 2 bedrooms, shower, bathtub in a quiet location with a large garden

Flat:
We completed our friendly, 100 m² non-smoking apartment after a complete renovation at the end of 2015 in a modern standard,
it is located on the ground floor of our house.
A parking space is available directly at the house.

The bright entrance area with wardrobe connects the spacious living room with the open kitchen on an area of approx. 58 m².
The living room has a sofa with a sleeping function, a dining area with 4 chairs and gives access to the terrace.
Your entertainment is provided by a 50 inch LED TV (DVB-T) and a stereo system with USB / MP3, radio and CD.
W-LAN reception is available free of charge in the apartment.

The modern kitchen has a counter as a dining area with three chairs and is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob,
Fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave
fully equipped.

The cozy bedroom has a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m) and a large wardrobe with a small safe.
In the smaller second bedroom there are two single beds (0.90mx 2.00m)
and a small shelf cabinet.

The spacious, bright bathroom has 2 rooms.
In the first room there is a double washbasin with a large mirror and toilet.
The walk-in barrier-free shower and the corner bath are in the second room.
A second separate toilet is also available.

You can park your electric bikes on the terrace
and can be charged free of charge at the existing external socket.

Waddens and surroundings:
The place Waddens in the Wesermarsch lies on the Jade Bay
The area belongs to the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, which was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009.

By bike along the dike to Burhave, Fedderwardersiel with cutter harbor or towards Weser ferry.
The cycle routes of the Deutsche Sielroute Wesermarsch cover a length of 181 km.

There are excursions by boat, e.g. B. from Fedderwardersiel to the seal banks or from Bremerhaven to Helgoland.
A trip to the inner cities of Oldenburg, Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven or Wilhelmshaven is ideal for shopping.
A lot is possible from this starting point in the middle of fields and meadows.
