House by the sea, apt. 132Location: The apartment with a large east-facing balcony is on the 6th Floor of a well-kept apartment house in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 3-room apartment approx. 61 m² for up to 4 people. Equipment: The comfortably furnished living room has u. a. a upholstered set and a dining area, which is connected to a hatch to the separate kitchen. In front of the living room there is a large balcony with a wide view of the island. In the kitchen a. Dishwasher and oven. One bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony. The second bedroom with single beds standing on the corner is inside and can be reached via the large bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. A parking space, if available, can be rented in the underground garage or outside. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
