It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. SAT-TV, WiFi and air conditioning provide modern comfort.



The highlight is the private, covered balcony in the southeast with a garden table, chairs and direct access to the 960 m² large garden. There are sun terrace, sun loungers, outdoor shower, summer kitchen and a traditional grill house available. A pool with fresh water offers additional relaxation.



The location is quiet, yet easily accessible: the beach is about 900 m away, and supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Leisure activities in the area range from water sports, boat trips and horse riding to high ropes course, aqua park and hikes in nature parks. Parking spaces are available on site.
