Two modern bathrooms with showers and an additional separate toilet offer plenty of privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites shared meals, while the two balconies and the large terrace with garden view offer perfect places to relax. The apartment is air-conditioned, features satellite TV, WiFi, safe and comfortable seating areas – ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday in a stylish environment.



Just a few minutes' walk separate you from the beach: fine sand is located 350 metres away, while rocky and other sandy beaches are accessible within 1.6 km. The central location offers quick access to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and public transport, while you still live in a quiet and green environment.



The apartment building itself offers a variety of leisure activities: barbecue evenings on the terrace, communal use of a washing machine, a play area for children, table football, darts or board games ensure varied moments.
