This beautiful and spacious holiday home with its own pool is located in the coastal village of Modri near Starigrad. It has sufficient air conditioning to ensure a pleasant indoor climate even on hot summer days. On the ground floor there is a pool table, table football and fitness room as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor there are a further three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchen and dining area.

Modri is a Mediterranean fishing village with a beautiful pebble beach. For those looking for sporting adventures and adrenaline in the mountains, we recommend the Paklenica National Park or the Zrmanja River, with opportunities for rafting. One of the larger towns near Starigrad is Zadar, which has many attractions, such as the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, which you should definitely visit during your holiday.
