This typical Istrian holiday home is located in the small village of Orbanii.



It blends perfectly into the rural idyll. The ground floor consists of a living room and a large bathroom, the first floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and an activity room connected to a covered terrace where you can play table tennis and darts. On the top floor there are two more air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. The lowest height of the attic is 60 cm. The lower terrace is ideal for socialising while preparing barbecue meals.



There is a pool on the property right next to the terrace where you can spend relaxing moments. There is a playhouse with a slide for the little ones on the property.



Not far from the house there is a children's playground and a bowling alley, while the adrenaline park or the riding club are only about ten minutes away by car. Explore the surrounding villages and enjoy meals and drinks in the nearby tavernas. The first beaches can be reached after a 15-minute drive.
