A deposit of 100 euros is due in advance.
The construction phase is not yet complete. It may therefore be possible that construction work will occur during your stay. Please understand that we cannot accept subsequent complaints.

On 60 m² you will find a chic and modern living / dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a high-quality double bed, the other with 2 single beds can also be used as a children's room.

A breakfast together on the beautiful terrace is a perfect start to the day, or you can end the day together with a glass of wine. The own garden completes the offer and you feel like at home.

A free car parking space and a bicycle parking space are available.

Additional relaxation is provided by a sauna park just 400 meters away. Shops, a bakery and several restaurants are within 500 meters.

In the immediate vicinity you will also find a beautiful harbor and the salt meadow adventure trail.

The North Sea island of Baltrum is approached from the Neßmersiel ferry port. The crossing takes only about 30 minutes, so a day trip to the car-free North Sea island is recommended.
