Your vacation home is stylish, partly furnished with original furniture and is located on the 1st Upper floor of the Art Nouveau villa.
The living room offers a couch, a dining area and has a kitchenette with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need to cook yourself. One bedroom has an originally converted Biedermeier sofa as a double bed (no sofa bed!). The light-flooded 2nd Bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a folding shower screen. The tile strip in front of the toilet and the vanity has underfloor heating. A towel dryer is also available. Your apartment still has the original plank floor, which ensures the special historical "flair". The small, antique, cast-iron wood stove in the living room ensures cozy winter evenings.
A parking space is right in front of the house.
Free WiFi, washing machine and dryer are available.
