The centre of Palma is a 27-minute drive away (25.4 km) while Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes (21 km).

The property is in a quiet residential area, so the neighbours' rest must be observed. Loud noises after 23:00h are strictly forbidden.
