No through traffic in front of the property as there is a dead end at the end. Located on Cala Mandia (approx. 700m away), the middle of 3 dreamlike bays (Cala Romantika, Cala Anguila). Only a few minutes drive from Porto Cristo with its beautiful stalactite caves.
Restaurants, shops and a pharmacy are within walking distance.
In the season, a train runs several times a day between Cala Romantika and Porto Cristo with its great harbor. The next stop is 150m from the house. Taxis and a bus stop are also available there. A bike and car rental is also on site.
Cala Millor can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
There you have a beautiful promenade with many restaurants, bars and other locations.
The house is for max. Suitable for 4 people. TV in the living room and a bedroom. Thanks to heatable air conditioning and a fireplace, the house is also suitable for the colder months. Infrared heaters are also installed in the bedrooms.
The location is ideal for excursions and activities on the east coast.
From the Cala Romantika you can head south in beautiful nature, e.g. B hike to Cala Varques.
