It is divided into the two houses dune and sandpiper. The location by the sea gives you a great sea view from many of the exclusive apartments. There are a total of approx. 40 high-quality modern residential units, all with a balcony or terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and underfloor heating. A communal sauna with relaxation room is available in the basement. There is also a washer and dryer for a fee.

The apartment is suitable for 4 people and offers 2 separate sleeping options. In addition to the kitchen / living room there is an extra bedroom / living room with a high-quality sofa bed with an extra mattress (1.56 x 1.98 m). If you only travel as a couple, you have an additional separate living room. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and another television. In the living area with kitchenette you will find a dishwasher, an oven and a ceramic hob as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. There is a shower in the bathroom. The terrace can accommodate 4 people with a table and 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs with a pad. WLAN is of course available.
