The modern and spacious apartment is on the 1st First floor and has a balcony where you can relax. The exclusive complex is equipped with an elevator, an underground car park, a bicycle parking space, a communal sauna (for a fee), and a laundry room with dryer and washing machine (for a fee). You can spend a wonderful holiday in this wonderfully bright and high-quality apartment. The apartment is equipped with a shielded electrical installation from Danell. The bright and open living area is cozy and of high quality with TV, Blu-ray player and sofa bed 160 x 200cm. Books and board games offer the opportunity for relaxing evenings. The integrated kitchenette (extended to 2.8 m) is well equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge (incl. Freezer), oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the bedroom, a double bed, pine bed with natural latex mattresses 180 x 200 cm, ensures restful sleep. The apartment also has a balcony with 4 chairs and a small table. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, which can be switched on and off centrally. In the basement of the ensemble there is a laundry room with a machine and dryer (for a fee).
