Villa Marina is located in the popular seaside resort of Son Serra de Marina in the northeast of the island. It was only completed in May 2019. The villa is about 900 meters from the sea. The nearest beach is about 1200 meters away. Son Serra has so far been spared from large hotel castles, but offers everything for daily needs with various restaurants, a few bars, 2 smaller supermarkets and a pharmacy. Can Picafort is 9 km away for larger purchases and shopping.
