The 500 year old house is located between the castles Matzen, Neumatzen, Lichtwehr and the castle ruin Kropfsberg. Uninhabited after almost 45 years, it was renovated in 2010/2011 true to the original and brought back to life.

The house has two bedrooms for two people each, a bathroom with shower, a cozy parlor with tiled stove and a fully equipped kitchen. A refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle and coffee machine are also provided.
