Experience unforgettable holidays in our spacious holiday apartment for up to 11 people in Ičići on the famous Opatija Riviera. On 90 m², four comfortable bedrooms, three single beds, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area await you. From the rooms, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view in parts, and you can spend relaxed hours with family or friends on the two 20 m² balconies or the large barbecue terrace with kiwi planting. The apartment is ideal for larger groups looking for a relaxing stay in a private, cosy atmosphere.



The holiday apartment has satellite/cable TV, WiFi, separate entrances, bed linen, towels, iron, vacuum cleaner and children's toys. Three parking spaces directly in front of the apartment provide additional comfort.



Only 350 metres separate you from the next beach with fine gravel, rocks and concreted plateaus, while sandy beaches are accessible within a few kilometres. The surroundings invite you to walk along the coast and offer numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, kayaking, mountain biking or hikes in nearby nature parks. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and public transport are conveniently within walking distance.



The apartment building itself is located in a green oasis, surrounded by forest and a large garden with play areas for children, terraces, table tennis and badminton. Three covered barbecue terraces and a historic cistern create a special atmosphere for shared moments. A fee may apply for some services within the house.
