The house offers a private pool (24 m²), sun loungers, parasol, lounge furniture, an outdoor grill, and a covered terrace with direct access to the garden.



The 50 m² house on the ground floor offers space for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine, as well as a living and dining area with two sofa beds, fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.



The 20 m² terrace facing southwest is equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers and offers private use including a barbecue. The property is fenced and features a lawn, hammock, outdoor shower, and plenty of space for outdoor relaxation. Pets are welcome.



Leisure activities in the area include water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, bicycle rental, kayaking and canoeing, beach volleyball, football, climbing, hiking, paragliding and visiting nature and national parks.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, as well as tourist tax for adults and young people. Additional costs will be incurred for pets.
