The apartment "BergIdylle 1" is located in a building complex with a total of one additional holiday flat and four private flats. It is located on the ground floor as well as in the basement and is also easily accessible from the underground car park by lift.

In the ground floor area of the flat you will find the modern living room with a high-quality sofa on which you will want to settle down.

A flat-screen TV provides evening entertainment and the massive dining table made of warm wood seats up to 4 people. The ground floor rooms are fitted with electric shutters. The underfloor heating in the entire flat does not allow cold feet!
The kitchenette fits super into the flat and convinces with first-class equipment. You will certainly get your money's worth here and so will those who cook for you!

The most wonderful thing about the flat is the private garden area, from which you have a fantastic view of the Garmisch mountains.
Further downstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The spatial separation of the bedrooms from the living rooms has the advantage that no one is disturbed in the morning or evening. Here is your retreat!

Two bedrooms with comfortable beds and storage space for your clothes, as well as the modern bathroom with corner bath and separate shower offer space for up to 3 people. A towel dryer and a hairdryer are of course available.
The house has a free underground parking space (height 2.05 metres), as well as a ski room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and WLAN! Pets are not allowed. Baby cot and high chair can be booked at an extra charge of 25 euros!

Please note that an apartment building has been built on the neighbouring property and that the view of the mountains does not quite correspond to the photos. As soon as the weather cooperates, we will make new photos.
