Frisian house, apt. 2 Location: The thatched frieze house from 1693 stands in the historic part of Westerland on a beautifully ingrown property and has a quiet location. In the house we rent 3 completely renovated and newly furnished 2-room apartments .. This apartment II has a furnished south-facing terrace. All apartments can be connected to each other within the house. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 35 m² on the ground floor. For up to 2 people. Equipment: The brightly furnished living room is equipped with two couches, one of which is a sofa bed, the dining area and the kitchenette (microwave). Cable TV, video, stereo and internet access are available. There is a double bed in the bedroom, there is a second TV incl. DVD. The new bathroom has a shower, toilet and an additional radiant heater. The parking space in front of the house is reserved for the owner. If this is not present, it belongs to apartment II. Pets are not allowed!It is a non-smoking apartment. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
