This modern apartment house is located directly at the spa center and spa center, it is only a short 3 minute walk to the beach and promenade. The shopping streets Strandstrasse and Friedrichstrasse can be reached within 2 to 4 minutes on foot. The living and dining area is bright and modern. A comfortable leather couch invites you to relax in the evening.  The television informs you about the news in the evening or you sit around the dining table in a cozy atmosphere. You can store your generously dimensioned holiday luggage in the large built-in wall in the living room and you always have order. The wall bed is equipped with spring mattresses and slatted frames and guarantees restful sleep.                                                         ����             The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood to the outside as well as a kettle, coffee machine, vacuum and plenty of kitchen utensils. The modern and spacious shower room puts you in a good mood in the morning and has space for all your utensils. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
