Size: 2-room apartment approx. 52 m². For up to 4 people. Equipment: The living room is laid out with parquet. It is furnished with a sofa set (sofa bed 1.70 m wide).  There is also the dining area for 4 people and harmoniously matched to the furnishings, a wall unit. In front of the living room is the east balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Cable TV and radio are available. In the bedroom, also with an east-facing balcony, there is a double bed that is integrated in a wall unit. The spacious bathroom is new, with light tiles and a semicircular shower. Overall, an appealing, harmonious and well-kept equipment. Pets are not allowed. A parking space belongs to the apartment. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
