This villa is located in a perfect location in a small place Vinkuran not far from Pula, Banjole and Pješcana Uvala. Beautiful beaches can be reached in a few minutes. The villa is modernly furnished and fully equipped for a family with children - an outdoor trampoline is available on a beautifully maintained lawn and there is a children's playground, basketball and volleyball court near the villa. Approximately one thousand square meters of outdoor space also includes a private pool (to be completed in spring 2018) and an outdoor grill with a covered seating area. Besides the beautiful summer days you will spend in this villa, you can also visit it on colder days, as the pool can warm up (extra charge 100 euros/week) and the underfloor heating will make your stay more comfortable!
From the object to the beach is 500 meters and the distance to the center is 750 meters. The nearest grocery store is 350 meters from the vacation property. In 750 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
