Our house is beautifully situated on a hill just above Caprino Veronese in a small hamlet with a great view of the surrounding hills and the adjacent valley. The house impresses with its location, because although you live in a small courtyard, it is absolutely quiet and private. On the back of the house is the ingrown terrace garden, where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the surrounding olive groves from morning to evening. The view is really breathtaking and there is nothing better than to end a great day with a glass of wine in the garden. The entire garden is fenced, so four-legged friends are also very welcome.

Our modern house extends over 2 levels and is really something very special. We have designed the entire house for you with great attention to detail and look forward to welcoming you to the new rooms from 2020. The large open kitchen with dining area is the real focus of the house, because the high beamed ceiling and the large panoramic window with a view of the green make the room something very special. The living room with access to the balcony and view of the cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Here you can relax or read a book. The bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed on both levels, so that you can enjoy your privacy at any time.

Ca'Sander is located in a small typical Italian hamlet. A hamlet is generally understood to be a small cluster of houses without a village center, and that is exactly what makes it so charming, because there are no shops, no church and no street in the real sense. Everyone knows each other and you like to sit together in front of the house and have a chat. A stranger never strays here, so you don't have to be afraid of burglary or theft. Just enjoy your vacation and let your mind wander.

Caprino Veronese can be reached in 2 minutes by car, but it is also just a short hop on foot. There are some very good restaurants, pizzerias and cafés in town and every Saturday there is a large weekly market on the piazza. Here you will mainly find fresh vegetables, fruit, bread, eggs, meat and fish. What you don't get on the market can be found in the many small shops around the village square.

Ca'Sander is the ideal starting point for all activities around Lake Garda, because from here you can reach the lake in just a few minutes, be very quickly on the motorway towards Venice and Milan, or walk through the vineyards. There are beautiful, well-signposted hiking trails right in front of the house, and bikers can take long tours up Monte Baldo.
