In the street with the most beautiful houses of Westerland, in the old bath style, the small house built in 1990 is in the second row. Only 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Friedrichstrasse and still absolutely quiet with a view of the beautiful garden from the sunny balcony. The sun-drenched living room also has a south-facing window with a view of the dunes. The apartment is on the first floor. Free parking at the house. WiFi and landline telephony free

The apartment was completely rebuilt and refurbished in 2018. A bedroom with 2 separate single beds, high-quality box-spring beds (easy to put together as a double bed) and a friendly and cozy living room with a large, extendable dining table and flat screen, DVD, radio with CD, telephone flat rate to German landlines and free WiFi. Convertible couch for 1-2 additional sleeping options. Large sunny east-facing balcony with seating and a beach chair. Newly renovated shower room with window, spacious hall and a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner stove, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker and microwave with oven and window to the balcony (serving hatch for breakfast in the morning sun). The Heiderose holiday apartment (approx. 50 m²): possible for 4 people, cozy for 3 people. Own parking lot directly at the house, bike rack at the house. Although centrally located (3 minutes to Friedrichstrasse and 3 minutes to the beach), an absolutely quiet location in a small, well-kept unit. Beautiful, quiet balcony with a view of the countryside. To walk 10 minutes from the train station.
