This cosy holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained house in Central Dalmatia, just 70 m from the sea and beach. The accommodation is on the ground floor, offers space for up to four people on 45 m² and is ideal for families or couples looking for peace, comfort and proximity to the sea.



The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, an open living and dining area with a modern kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, urinal, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, as well as crockery and cooking utensils. Air conditioning and heating ensure pleasant temperatures, and WiFi is also available.



A special highlight is the covered balcony with a dining table, chairs and private barbecue - ideal for shared meals outdoors or relaxed evenings. Three covered parking spaces are located directly at the house.



In the outdoor area, guests can use the garden with shaded spots and a traditional barbecue hut ("Komin"). An outdoor shower with cold and hot water is also available. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, supermarket, café and a bakery - all just a few steps away. The nearest children's playground is also nearby.



The environment invites you to relaxing beach days and excursions along the Dalmatian coast. Those who wish can take boat trips nearby, play mini golf, or enjoy the local nightlife.
