The 75 m² holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), a modern bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine, as well as an open living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes a cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and sufficient cooking and dining utensils. In the living area, you will find cosy sofas, SAT-TV and an air conditioning system.



Particularly beautiful are the two private outdoor areas: A balcony and a covered terrace with seating furniture, barbecue facilities and partial sea view invite you to relaxed hours – whether during breakfast outdoors or a convivial barbecue evening.



The additional equipment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels and a private parking space directly at the house. Pets are not permitted.
